Centre for new Learning:

Centre For New Learning, Bengtol is an Educational Institution. It is managed by a Trust known as Good Earth Education Trust, GEET in short. It is purely an Educational and Charitable Trust. Mr. Dominic Basumatary MSW(TISS) is the Chairman of the Trust. He is also the founder of the School which earlier functioned under the name of St. Edmund’s English School, Bengtol; which was renamed as Centre For New Learning, in the year 2006.

The present status of the school is that it has class LKG to class X with a total of 250 students and 19 teachers. The school has already presented three batches of HSLC candidates for examination, of which the first batch produced 100%, second batch 85% result. The third batch’s result is yet to come.

Centre For New Learning has already obtained class VIII opening permission and the Departmental Recognition. The school has also obtained class IX opening permission from Board of Secondary Education, Assam (SEBA).
